What If You're Not Stuck

Just Avoiding The Hard Truth?

Hey There Friend,

Let's get real, shall we?

Can I ask you something... honestly?

We all feel it, but what if that stuckness you've been feeling lately—like you're wading through invisible cement—has nothing to do with your job, your partner, your past, or the timing of the universe? What if it's about something you already know... but just haven't been ready to face?

You know the truth I'm talking about. Not the surface-level stuff you toss out when someone asks how you're doing. I mean the deeper truth—the one that shows up in the silence. The one that presses on your chest late at night. The one that scares you a little because acknowledging it would mean something has to change.

And let's be real... change is scary. But you know what's scarier? Staying stuck in a life that no longer fits.

Here's the thing nobody talks about: That uncomfortable feeling isn't your enemy—it's your internal compass recalibrating. Your soul is literally trying to redirect you toward something more aligned, more true, more you. But we've been taught to numb it, ignore it, push through it.

What if, instead, you listened?

This week, I want you to try something different. Instead of asking "How do I get unstuck?" ask yourself: "What am I avoiding looking at?" Sometimes the very thing we're running from is the thing that's trying to set us free.

Here's what I want you to know: You don't have to fix it all today. You don't have to have the answers. But you do have to be honest with yourself. Sit with the discomfort. Let it speak. Let it show you where you've been compromising or hiding or shrinking.

You might find that you're not stuck—you're just being invited to stop repressing what you're feeling and acknowledge it.

Your truth is waiting for you.

Start there. That's the beginning of everything real.

What truth have you been avoiding? Hit reply and tell me—sometimes saying it out loud (even to a stranger) is the first step toward freedom.

In Gratitude,
